UK-DISTRACTOR
The horizontal mandibular distractor is designed for patients with mandibular hypoplasia.
Distraction osteogenesis should be based on a precise orthodontic and surgical protocol. By monocortical fixation the anatomically pre-shaped fixation plates are fastened with miniscrews (1.7 mm). The intra-oral application causes no distraction rods in the oral cavity of the patient.

V-DISTRACTOR
The vertical intra-oral distractor helps the alveolar crest increase in patients with mandibular alveolar ridge indications.
Distraction osteogenesis should be based on a precise surgical protocol. By monocortical fixation the anatomically adjustable fixation plates are fastened with micro screws (1.2 mm). The distance of distraction is max. 10 mm.
