The atrophy of the alveolar crest causes continuous problems during restoration with dental implants in patients where there is not enough bone to locate the implants securely. The lack of bone may be overcome by using autologous bone grafts. A very easy and promising procedure to fix the bone grafts is the use of micro bone screws alone or in combination with Titanium MicroMesh or Titanium Membrane (guided bone regeneration).

Due to the very effective and easy working cutting cylinders available in 3 different sizes even small bone quantities can be used for a perfect result. The built-in spring mechanism allows identical pressure to the bone. This results in a constant size of the milled bone particles.
